Our Classic bitters are useful as a stand-in for classic bitters that are star anise forward, such as Angostura bitters, with a sweetness derived from fruit and french gentian rounding out the flavours.
Made with a base of organic apple brandy that we source from Highbank Distillery in Kilkenny, all our bitters share a fragrant eau de vie base.
Our Aromatic bitters is award-winning, with a Gold medal from Blas na hEireann in 2021, and a Bronze medal from the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2022
